I don't know what people are complaining about
I just got done playing my first match and my goodness I had a damn blast. I cranked all the settings to ULTRA on my 5080 and its got a really nice image and art direction, even compared to the first two games. The dismemberment is a little underwhelming compared to the previous PhysX titles, but it's still quite good, and the blood splatter is awesome. Splatters on the environments and your weapons.

The gun play is solid and feels satisfying to land your shots and I had about 300+ kills for my first match, getting first place.

Specs:
RTX 5080 3GHz
i9 11900KF 5.0GHz
32GB DDR4 3200MHz
LGC3 OLED 4K HDR 120Hz

getting 120FPS with FG at 4K

Recommended requirements are AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT or GeForce RTX 3060 and beta dosn't work so well with RTX 3060 in my experience. But when Lumen stuff turned off it's ok on high setteings with DLSS.

Good to hear. I had a great time too. Online play feels a bit off due to some lag and higher ping but solo it feels great. The dismemberment is still pretty cool and upgraded in a few places, for example you can take off legs and arms now and the Zeds still keep coming. I think the gunplay feels pretty solid and hefty too, and the guns look nicer without the skins and excessive mods shown in most YouTube material.
Also, since you have a beefy rig, I'd suggest trying Lumen lighting if you aren't already (makes environments much more lively) and turning off FG since that adds a bit of input latency.

The main problemes for me are that perks are locked to Charakters. There are only 4 guns + 1 sidearm for each perk. You need to destroy cameras and screen etc. for parts so you can craft attachments for your weapons it would bne better if you would get money for each game which you can use to buy them. The medic is so generic, boring designe and cringe voice lines. The ninja feels so out of place.

It's nice having something to shoot between waves, though. Also I love the Ninja, those shurikens headshots feel great imo.

yeah I was surprised to see so many negative comments about it, I'm enjoying tf out of it personally, fps seems steady and high on a 4090 so idk. Dismemberment in kf2 was better but I don't really care personally.

The collectible were nice to shoot in between waves but the cams are required to get parts which isn't a good system imo. The ninja may feel good to play but for me he just feels wrong in this game
The Ninja notices the dismemberment the most - up close and personal during Zed time ( not that it really matters, since he one-shot severs everything ).

The monsters are so cracked out and the speed of everything is so fast, I'm not even sure if the body allocations matter. I have not played the Sharpshooter yet though.
I'm having a blast with this game. Weapons feel punchy, Zeds are gruesome in a good way, and the bosses are a real challenge. Let the haters weep, I'll still have fun.

Also playing on my RTX 5080 and it's incredible.

Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with E cores at 48x and D2D/NGU at 32x, cache 41x.
8600 CL38
Z890 Apex
RTX 5080 TUF OC -- until I can get my 5090 Astral
4K 240hz OLED

Using 4K Ultra everything, including LUMEN, DLSS 4 Transformer Model on Quality 170-200fps with Multi Frame Gen enabled.

What art direction? It looks like standard UE5 soup with overly clean shiny metal textures because every map is some sort of laboratory. Where's the cool atmospheric maps like London or Burning Paris? Why can't we have something dark and scary like FARM? It's just all so boring.

The Army Outpost (or whatever it's called) map seemed to have a really nice dark and eerie vibe to it.

theres no gore - zeds just explode into a red mist.

Despite surpassing the minimum specs, the game runs like absolute ♥♥♥♥ on my PC. I installed on my laptop and it runs better, but it still looks and feels wrong.

KF3 feels like an outsourced product lacking inspiration other than monetization
