Also, since you have a beefy rig, I'd suggest trying Lumen lighting if you aren't already (makes environments much more lively) and turning off FG since that adds a bit of input latency.
The monsters are so cracked out and the speed of everything is so fast, I'm not even sure if the body allocations matter. I have not played the Sharpshooter yet though.

Using 4K Ultra everything, including LUMEN, DLSS 4 Transformer Model on Quality 170-200fps with Multi Frame Gen enabled.
What art direction? It looks like standard UE5 soup with overly clean shiny metal textures because every map is some sort of laboratory. Where's the cool atmospheric maps like London or Burning Paris? Why can't we have something dark and scary like FARM? It's just all so boring.
The Army Outpost (or whatever it's called) map seemed to have a really nice dark and eerie vibe to it.
all the weapons feel like pea shooters
theres no gore - zeds just explode into a red mist.
