Very frustrated with the beta keys giveaway process

Signed up for the beta test in november. Needless to say I was excited af. Only today I found out there was an email in my spam folder with a survey to fill. It is unavailable now so I won't participate. Never been in any bs situation like this before, and ironically that's the beta test I've been looking forward to the most in years. That's just sad

There are some of us who did sign up for the beta, filled out the survey, pre-ordered the game and still didn't receive a key in the first place.

This isn't a process issue. This is a you issue. How is it 2025 and people don't know to check SPAM when looking for something that will come from a random email that you only need to check once per evening for?

I really need to chew it for you, don't I... I didn't sign for a survey thing, I signed for a beta key when the test is live. I have enough experience in beta testing to claim that a limited-time survey I wasn't warned about is a weird move. As for checking the spam folder, okay, my bad, a living person moment.

Yeah, still a you issue. If you read the survey, it's them gauging what you're playing off of. To space/spread out the codes across multiple platforms. If it makes you feel better, I got a code :) also you don't have enough beta experience to think you'd be warned of a survey. They send emails that could have the key, have a survey for the key, or tell you you don't get a key. Clearly your first beta to sign up for.

no worries dude, check out their faq on their site. they stated they want to do a beta right after this current 1 so you will be able to get a taste, just keep eyes out for it.

There's always a survey to fill in. They don't let any Tom, ♥♥♥♥ or Harry in. I mean... what if you are trying to play the game on a Commodore 64?

Yeah you have to check that from time to time, especially if you're waiting for something. I got my key like 2 weeks after doing the survey
