It's ironic you say that, because I remember paying 70 for N64 games in the 90s... the equivalent of twice that in today's money. So no, I wasn't.
But it hasn't been the standard for a while. It's only changing to that in the last couple of years....for AAA games.
So either you're extremely naive, or you're being unnecessarily argumentative.
