science paper
i got a quest to write a science paper book but the option to write it is greyed out, what do i need to do to?

You need to upgrade a skill to write! If you look at the picture, there is an option to upgrade a skill!

After the update, the picture disappeared! I remember that I had to upgrade the one that looks like a light bulb (the yellow one) to a certain level. Then I could write scientific pap
