text slabs?

found some text slabs in the 4th book shelf at the library , i transcribed them at the writing desk also in the library but now what do i do? cant donate them or anything do i just sell them? also in winter i cant do anything outside without getting hypothermia which is a little annoying, i do have lvl 2 full cold weather outfit.
