LMB still not working

Pressing food to eat 20x and nothing happens then another time and 1x works

Do you need to do this for all actions, or is it only eating? So you click say, a toast, and you eat? You need to click the toast 20 times? What about for other actions?

What about the world? Or is it only inventory, did you have an idea of which kind of inventory items or all items?

The world works fine, just inventory items that require LMB click to use, I can drag and move items - Only items I noticed was food/drink and unpacking items
