The part regarding layoffs which took place in the first half of the year is correct - this has happened, and the Team is now considerably smaller than originally. The industry as a whole is undergoing a crisis, and this has sadly affected also us. This has not prevented us from finishing the game and putting everything we could into making Sumerian Six as good as possible within the time and resources we had.
The second part regarding dissolving the company or further staff reductions once the game releases is simply not true.
DLCs are a matter of how the game fares in the future, but right now our eyes are on providing post-release support for the base game, and deciding what should be fixed in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
We're still here. :)
Best of luck Devs!
Do you have any idea whether potential dlc would be post game (like Desperadoes) or integrated into the game (like Shadow Gambit, requiring a total replay to really enjoy), or a hybrid, like your Showgunners.
