have a GPU utilization of 90% in the task manager who else?
Does anyone know which graphics setting in the game is causing this problem?

My graphics settings were automatically set to Ultra, I set the FPS limit to 80 in the graphics settings and deactivated V-Sync otherwise it won't work, I'm playing in FullHD at 144 Hz.

I7-8700K
Win 10 64 BIT Current Version
64 GB DDR4 3000
RTX 2080TI
Samsung 850 Pro 2TB for Games
Current Bios Version&Current Nvidia Drive

I don't think the game needs an Intel 10 cores cpu my CPU is not heavily used

If you provide your hardware info as a file in the developer discord they can fix the problem faster because devs don't have different test PCs with different hardware

And why would that be a problem? The task of a GPU is to work as much as possible to send those frames out.

I know you limited the frames but ideally a GPU would be at 99-100% so it all just makes sense. So not like a CPU where you'd try to keep the load away from hitting anything close to 100% utilisation.

Or what am I missing here?

so i understand this GPU utilization is normal have i understood you correctly?

I am using a translator

then there would still be the problem of which graphics setting in the game causes the GPUs to spin up

I wouldn't see it as a problem, either. It's the job of the GPU to work as hard as it can. I've ~98% GPU utilization with a 4070 TiS (~60% CPU, Ryzen 5800X3D) on 144 fps max at 1440p.
If you want lower utilization try to cap the FPS at a lower value. Again, be glad the GPU is being used properly :)

so the GPU load is normal that's that thing done that's just the audible cranking up of the GPUs the problem or has anyone found the right graphics setting in the game?

my bad guys, i read title wrong :) I have around 85C GPU temp not utilization and i think it is pretty high, i don't have such high GPU temp when i am playing other games.

Try limiting the FPS both in-game and on your graphics card manager (e.g. NVIDIA Control Panel, etc.). For some reason, certain menu transitions will skyrocket FPS to whopping +250. After doing that mine barely gets over 60C.

I'm assuming the high temp could also be related to some wonky interactions with the engine; Shadow Gambit had similar issues where if you panned the camera to certain portions of the map the temps would get pretty high for no reason.

If you want lower utilization, lower the FPS cap or lower quality overall. High FPS means high utilization means high temperature means faster spinning fans of the GPU.
If your GPU is too loud for you, it's the fault of the GPU or the cooling concept of your PC. I get high temperatures and the fans are quite silent, depends on the GPU model and the cooling/silencing concept of the whole system.

the tip from @ElCid has helped simply limit the FPS to 60 to 80 FPS in the Nvidia settings and then finally has quieter GPU fans in all and especially in the games that are not yet as well optimized as Sumerian Six, in general I am for double-digit FPS values because why unnecessarily put his GPUs under stress we actually know when the FPS drops below 60 that games are usually no longer flawlessly playable

Why do people still complains about GPU working the way they are supposed too...

A lot of players just get uncomfortable with high GPUs temperatures, even if 85C is within the limits. I personally don't like either.
