Stucking in the sewer

I´m stucking in the sewer, there are strong currents blocking the way.

It is the room above the warp room. Can some please help,? Thank you.

You need to interact with two valves. They're located in the same room.

Thank you very much for the quick answer. I meant some other currents, I cannot access the room to the left due to the currents blocking the way:

To stop that current, you need to pick up a valve from another room. Can't remember where exactly. Then you use the replacement on the broken valve to the right of your character in the first screenshot.

I have a save just before entering the Sewers, but not the time to comb them through NOW. A few hours from now, if you haven't had the luck finding it, I'll see if I can locate it quickly enough again.

Found it. There is no special item, but you need to close three valves. You already closed one, the one to the right. You need to circle around until you reach the area UNDER the strong current from the left. There you will find the second valve. Once you turn BOTH, the current to the left will stop. Then you circle through the newly freed room to the final valve, LEFT of the current from above. That should open the way.

Under the strong currents would mean directly above the warp point?Unfortunately I cannot see any valves there . And in the same room with the currents the way down is also blocked:

You need to enter the room from the left and UNDER the blocking bars. From there you can unlock them. Look for passages from the left side. ALL passages. Give me a moment, I'll try to pinpoint the location.

Servers are down, I can't upload screenshots. I found your problem though. You need to enter the room with the blockade from the LEFT and from below. Then you can access a valve. That disables the left current. Then you enter the newly available room from below and exit it from ABOVE. You should see the valve to disable the vertical current.
