Yeah, I thought it would be a nice 'relaxing 'game, but it's definitely not for me, thanks for the video.
mine thoughts exactly.
Yeah I know, BUT if the enemies could be killed with 1-3 shoots it wouldn't be so hard to quick mash the button if I not moving BUT that's not the case here...!
(just as my final words on that matter)
A game is made for a few things but in this case the story and lore is minimal and cute and the game focuses on being challenging. Why do you want every game to adapt to your needs?
I guess OP is born after 2000's where there is checkpoints every 20 seconds and when games know that u suck at the game and makes it easier.
The total game is like, what was said above, 13 minutes without hearts, 10 minutes with hearts and upgrades. Why do you complain?? i dont understand.
Adapt to the game, learn by your mistakes and improve. If you dont finish the game at any point, its to difficult for you. Which sometimes sux, but thats life.
The game is intentionally hard. If that's not for you, no worries you haven't invested much into anyway. Bring up actual discussion, like how the 4 heart upgrade is not much of an upgrade at all. Why a horizontal shooter gets two diagonal shoots as an upgrade makes little sense to me. Half of the shot will miss simply by design
Exactly and an easy mode otherwise would deny this learning curve because people might be tempted using it just for seeing the visual but otherwise miss the actual point of the game where learning is an integral part of.
It's already short enough so you can't even claim that it wastes your time when it takes longer to sort your inventory in Witcher 3 for example.
Knowing that you haven't beat the game yet is what keeps you returning to it and this is a good thing in the long end.
