Missing Crystal

I'm at the end game, and I don't have one of the crystals to make one of the enchantments (and OF COURSE it's for the character I've been romancing!).

I talked to Ramsey everyday... I'm unclear why I don't have all the crystals? Is there anything I can do?

Without it, I can't ask Jonas on a date to the festival which would be a bummer way to end the game.

I came here for the exact reason 😰 all i can think is that the crystal was with ramsy on a day where he had already been given a treat in the morning when i did not know crystals were a thing he bought. Then in the afternoon when i was going to give him the treat in exchange for the shiny i could not bdvause he had already had a treat that day 🫠

OK thank God I'm an optimist, I had the same problem but tried making the item anyway and just leaving the gold bowl on the spot that was supposed to have that crystal and IT WORKED. Hope this helps future people
