Triage Tent should heal thru No Regen Malice
The Triage Tent should heal units even when the No Regen Malice is active. It should directly heal the units, rather than just accelerating their natural regen. This would make perfect sense (since it is medics healing them), as well as giving the Tent (which doesn't seem worth using, normally) a purpose, when using the Malice Mayhem modifier. It would also avoid pissing players off when they make one, to counter the Malice, and find they wasted a lot of money...

Yeah this building needs a buff and this seems like a good direction to go in. Maybe only works on non-siege units? Hopefully devs will see this and give it a try!

After some more thinking about the whole building I think the problem is that to make the triage tent cost effective the player has to lose a large number of units in the radius... and a lot of the game as it stands (and saying nothing of what I have seen of the narrative side of things) is about AVOIDING such losses in the first place. A regen aura would solve this problem, although I think both the research and build costs of the building also need to come down as well.

I think the No Regen Malice needs to be nerfed to a 90% reduction in normal healing rather than no healing at all. Would fix this and the Malice Mayhem issue of this Malice ending the run.

The tent is best for cycling your hero and Sentinels into and out of the front lines during a Death Night. It currently saves money by reducing the amount of units you need, in theory. In practice, you're going to be building most of those extra units to clear the map anyway, and relying on the tent to a critical extent only to end up with the No Regen Malice kind of kills it.

So yeah, should be cheaper. They already reduced the research cost once, but it's still kind of a novelty building that allows Edwin to face tank most of later waves. Which I quite like, but other people demand more from it.

I wouldn't complain if this happened ;p I wouldn't say it's necessary, for normal play. Reinforcements can make unit defense viable, even with no regen. But Malice Mayhem does make it far too much. That said, the Triage Tent could be a pretty good solution to that problem. It would make the Tent truly important at the highest levels of play.
