Hello Varegue
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your issue. The team is fully aware of the multiplayer desync issues and is actively investigating them and working towards a solution. We appreciate your patience while we work to get this sorted out, we know how important a smooth and fair multiplayer experience is.
Meanwhile, can you share with me your experience and any information that might help us investigate? Every bit of detail helps!
We will keep you updated on our progress and let you know as soon as we have more information to share. 👍
I don't really know what to add aside from the fact that the game was stuttering hard, I don't know how, I've been playing the game for more than a year and never had this before.
Also, scrolling around made me realise that other people who were desync too seems to have been playing heroes from different factions, just like my friend and I
Thought I'd jump into this thread as well. Me and my friend experienced the desync yesterday in our first game within the first night of the game.
Didn't get any notification about our games desyncing and only realized we were when my friend mentioned my villager houses were being attacked and destroyed but on my screen everything was fine. Also on his screen my hero had apparently died while, I was busy clearing the map with said hero.
Heroes we played were Edwin and Visargo, not sure if that helps.
I did find out later he was on vpn so I don't know if that had caused any problems. He also hosted the game. Doing a load from save just loaded the game in his game state so none of my building I had built while desync were present. Which does make sense.
For now have parked the game till this gets resolved as we didn't want to play a second game if we were going to run into the same issue.
Looking forward to it getting fixed as can't wait to jump back on with my mate.
The first 2 death nights went without problems (just short freezes when autosaving), but before deathnight 3 it went ham until it crashed on my side (it constantly desnyced and then it couldnt recover, sound failed and then the game crashed.
What speaks agains out connection was that the game told us we had 30ms (friend) and 45-64ms (host) constantly.
The first game we played 2 days ago was more stable. Cant tell, but it needs some more polishing/refinement on that part.
Its not our ISP's or Network speeds, we are both on 1gb up and down, its VERY fast.
Unplayable in coop until this is fixed, we tried 5 times, same happend, we gave up.
constant desyncs, constant disconnects, constant crashes, etc.
negative reviews posted.
