The single player experience isn't bad (I still enjoy it) but there are some bugs with regards to unit pathing and enemy pathing during death nights. I think there's still some balancing to be done to create a bit more build diversity to survive in higher difficulties though.
All in all it's still a fun game albeit still in an unpolished state. If you are looking for a multiplayer game though, you probably still have several months of waiting ahead of you.
Its still unbalanced, and with little content. I would wait a year before checking back on the game.
