Steam will not launch through EA

My EA account doesn't even recognize that I have the game installed on already. I've logged out tons of times and refreshing does nothing. I've tried clearing the cache on EA -- NOTHING works! This is awful! Any solutions you've found would be extremely helpful, thanks!

Update: somehow after several hours struggling with the ea app and then leave it be for several hours more solved a problem itself. Maybe ea app just needs some time to upload all data from steam? Like there are so many purchases so it can`t handle them all so fast. Just...guesses.

3. Install It Takes Two on Steam (uninstall and download again if already installed)
4. Clear cache on EA App
5. Verify game files for It Takes Two on Steam
6. Open the game through Steam (it will give u same error)
7. Open It Takes Two directly from the .exe file in your computer as administrator (same error will come)
8. Clear cache on Ea App
9. Game will now show up on Ea app. Enjoy the game!

I cleared the EA App cache and all of a sudden the option "Play" appeared there alongside with the game. It opened normally.

For me it seems it just takes a while for it to show up on EA. I tried over an hour to get it to work with no succes. I went to bed and the next morning it was there. So I guess all it takes is some time and patience.

I just left it overnight. When I tried again in the morning, it magically worked. May be it's about updating EA back-end system after linking the accounts.

I had the same issue it was the first time I paired Steam/EA and the game didn't appear in the EA app library. I tried many things but nothing worked.
The next morning, the game was here in EA. Just let it sync for a few hours.
Thanks to the people that shared the tip because I was going for a refund.

Ok so I fixed the problem on my end but it might not work with you so keep that in mind. What I did was simply create a new EA account with a spare email and signed into EA with that account. Once I did that I just ran the game on steam and it worked! The game was added to the new EA account and appeared in the library.
