100% GPU usage?

I have a RTX 3070 GPU and I noticed that whenever I play the game the temp goes up to 82C and it says 100% GPU usage.

Is that normal? It wasnt happening like this when I first started playing the game a couple months ago. I turned my resolution down to 100% and all my settings are on High
