SOLVED: game won't start because EA app: connect_error_social_login_failure

Had this issue for few days now, tried youtube videos and forums but nothing worked.

Just solved this issue after chating with them, you go on ea help, my account, reset password issue (because they only give the live chat option for few issues), get a chat and explain, they're quiet good tbh
for me, I had an old ea account connected to my steam, and this ea account was deleted. So i was not getting the reset password mails from ea, and i could connect my steam account to any ea accounts, and so i couldn't play any ea game. They can unlink ur deleted ea account from your steam, you can link a new account, and then play.

Just trying to help people having same issue as me, if it doesn't work, can only advice you to find a live chat with them, I won't be able to help more,
