Is friend's pass "region-locked" I'm from Asia and she's from US, would I be able to send "Friend Pass" to her?

If I purchased full game in "Friend Pass" I don't need to download original, but to continue using "Friend Pass" launcher, yes?

Yes, you can play with your friends anywhere, if you didn't buy the game, you can only get into the game by inviting others, otherwise it's just taking up your hard drive space.

We downloaded friends pass to play trial together, but it's getting more fun and interesting, and I am planning to purchase the game to complete story together, but I don't have to download the original game yes?

I haven't tried this, but I think it's ok since both are the same data.
