Bug in Water Level - Boat

Im playing co op with a friend and the game seems to be stuck. I dont see any progression on my side and it keeps jumping back and forward. Its IMPOSSIBLE to keep playing. Maybe a water bug or glitch ? We cant progress anyway

Of course! I basically had to close the game and restart from an older check point, and that seemed to solve it. Hope it helps!

I restart whole chapter, didn't help. Still same problem. Maybe should try from the entire beggining
