My question is, is this game like A WAY OUT that can be played with REMOTE PLAY or I can play it with my screen and my friend can play it on his screen without remote play

You can do both. You can play via Remote Play. Or you both download the Game (only one require to buy it the other one needs to download the friend pass) then you can play over the Internet (so no Remote).
