Game Crashes every time before a cutscene

My gf and I are trying to finish the Turn Up level, and whenever we get to the part where you DJ the crowd to the dance floor it crashes right before the cutscene. They get to see it but I am still in gameplay when it happens (I own the full game). We have tried everything like verifying local files, restarting the level, uninstalling origin, but nothing has worked so far. Anything will help, Thank you

Any resolution for this? I am having this exact same issue at the exact same spot and we can't figure out any way to proceed. Thanks for any help!

Open your origin and click My Games Library,then right click on the game It takes two,try to find Game Properties and ADVANCED LAUNCH OPTIONS,Enter "-devmenu" in the box below.Restart the game to enter the chapter, then press ESC to pause the game.You'll notice two more options.Click the option above into the interface to find the chapter you want to go to.This method may not solve the crash but will allow you to skip the crash point and complete the rest of the process.

its been nearly a year since i got it fixed so i dont remember the exact details but i think i had to get another friend to play the game with me to finish that part. I cant tell you why that was the case unfortunately sorry :(

Just in case someone comes aroud trying to solve this, installing the game in a different drive solved it for me, but I couldn't actually move the game, I had to reinstall it from scratch. Maybe just reinstalling the game does it.
