Full Friends Pass?
Okay, My brother wants to play this but I don't particualy want to buy the full game. Now it's a bit confusing from what I've been reading. Both on Steam and Origins it says the friends pass is a Demo/Trial, so if he brought the game full, could I only play for a short time, of would the whole game be available to play? or even have to downlaod the full 45GB (thats a lot of GB's) There's so many comments here and there that I don't fully understand reading from one to another lol. I'm not that dumb though so don't judge lol.

But thanks for your time.

as far as i understand you can playthrough the game if only one of you own it, and the other downloads the friend pass, if neither of you own it you still get to play the first level, after you have both downloaded the friend pass

It's not that hard to understand but tagging the Friends Pass with the "Demo" tag can be a bit misleading though.

Basically, if both players only have the friends pass, it acts as some kind of demo letting you play the first level together. That said, if one of you bought the game, the other player can use that Friends Pass to join his full version, letting both of you play the ENTIRE game together. And yes, you download the entire game even with the Friends Pass.

Friend pass = you need someone who bought THEIR copy of the game to send you an invite. Your friend pass allows you to play the entire game with someone who owns full game.

some1 needs to own the game, and some1 playing though friends pass, simple as that, u can complete full game just if 1 people owns the game.

That’s what was a bit misleading to me, a picture with friends pass on the top and then top left hand corner it said Demo, to me that stated that if only one brought the game the Co-op would last a few levels or whatever, unless both brought the game fully. As I said don’t judge me please as not everyone is into all this multiplayer as others can be lol.
I can’t say whether this game is worth the price it is as haven’t played it yet but could it be worth it? Each has their own thoughts on it.

Anyways, thanks for your help, as the others also lol.

Basically you have two ways to play this game:

1. Steam remote play: Only one person needs to have the game installed. The second player can be invited to play remotely in local mode. It's more like watching a stream which accepts your keyboard/controller inputs. The stream quality may drop depending on your connection/server. The good point from this is that the game is running on the game owner laptop/computer so your device specs don't matter.

2. Through Origin: This method depends on your device hardware where you have control over the graphics of the game and other settings. It also has less latency. The second player will need to download the friend's pass which is a full copy of the game. You will need an invite through origin to join the game owner room and benefit from the full game content. Otherwise, it will appear as a demo with 1 chapter I guess.

You can download Friend's Pass on Steam as well, which obviously requires Origin, but don't misrepresent it. You can download it on Steam.

Thank you for posting the details on the remote play, this is exactly what I was looking for :)
