Report a translation problem
Like mentioned above me by "AT_MIMIC", put "-nohmd" into the launch parameters field in the properties.
This disables the VR component in the engine.
It works with pretty much all Unreal Engine games, Unity it's a mixed bag of it works or not.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ItTakesTwo\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty
and delete the "Oculus" folder. That will stop Oculus from running when you start the game.
No idea why it is there. Apparently EA don't know why it is there either as their support Twitter knew nothing about it.
