LOL bro, don't embarass yourself even further. Go read a book or two.
Literally ALL the games I played. That goes from Battlefield, CODs, Rainbow Six, Cyberpunk etc. etc. No games take 99% of GPU. This is not normal, whatever you guys say, I know how my GPU acts with all more demanding games and this is the first game that takes so much of my GPU.
He has capped the game and the GPU is going crazy? I dont think that is normal.
You need to read the OP again... he says he "fixes" the issue by capping to 60.
If you get bottlenecked by the CPU then your GPU won't reach 99% usage as the CPU will be holding it back. Or you simply haven't noticed the GPU reaching 99% usage before, it's actually normal and to be expected that it reaches such usage with uncapped fps.
