LowLevelFatalError [fixed]
every time i try to start a game I get "LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3971] Retry was NOT successful" which crashes the game.

I verified the integrity of the files, and it had an 11gig download, I had literally just installed it so no idea how it was missing so much, works fine now and I liked the game so much playing it with my wife that I bought it as soon as we beat the demo version.

Are you opening Origin before opening the game? Here with me an error occurs if I don't open Origin before. Maybe that is the problem.

I got same error before, and I found this game used 100% GPU. After I changed my graphics card setting to performance first (not picture quality first), and the GPU usage become about 80%~90%, so the game can be run. Next, you go to game itself setting to change everything to Medium or Low about display quality. So the game can be stable running.
