Should I play Stasis first?

I LOVED beautiful desolation and I'm super excited for this game but I didn't really play the older games. I only just tried them briefly.

Hey Pepsiman, no necessary at all. It could give you some insight into the background setting but it is an all new story (IMHO our best yet) in this world.

It is not necessary, but Stasis is a good game. I loved it. You should try.

I played all Brotherhood games in anticipation of Bone Totem

You can play Stasis 1 at any time, as it's an entirely different game than Stasis 2 (Bone Totem.) Both are stand-alone. Both are excellent!
