So maybe two questions related to this:
1. If I buy Bone Totem on May, 31st for my PC, does it grant me a "free" download of the OSX version? (when it will be available)
2. If I start BT on my PC, will I have the oppportunity to pursue my playthrough on my Mac? (in other words, is there a cross-save option between the PC and the Mac?)
Definitely the item 2. is a super "nice to have", if it is not available then it is not a big deal (especially if it takes some significant effort to implement)
And maybe a last question not related to this thread (sorry for the "off-topic" and also if you have already answered this)
3. Is there some replayability in BT, that would encourage us to go for multiple playthroughs? (e.g. choices that may change the ending?)
Thanks in advance for you reply, and congrats/good luck for the shipping of BT, looking forward to play it, as I enjoyed a lot Stasis and Cayne.
1) Yes correct - the digital version will include all PC operating systems it is released on. We develop on a Mac so the conversion should be relatively simple.
2) Yes, all saves are compatible on our games. Steam should sync your saves, but if it doesnt you can manually copy the save fies between operating systems.
3) To a degree. It is a linear game, but you can play it slightly differently each time because we do not lock in the order of character usage. So you can take Moses some distance up to a point and then switch back to the other characters. Unlike BT it is more like Stasis so a solid story that is chronological in nature.
Thanks!
Take Care,
Chris
My body is ready
It is still in progress. Would you be interested in trying it out?
It hasn't been fully vetted but it is working.

The Password is; apple2023abc
This will unlock: osxbeta Tesing OSX
Feel free to post any feedback here. I am currently testing on the older versions of OSX - so at least Mojave (10.14.6) - I don't have access to an M1/M2 chip yet so I am interested to see how it runs.
I should have a test machine with an M2 (and macOS 14) before the end of the year.
