Which route 2 girl i can find on single route?

You can get all of Mako's outfits on Akira's route. You need to defeat all of the girls on 2-1 until Neneko's final appearance (not included, but the girls on the roof are), then she'll be on the bench next to the door. On 4-2 You need to defeat Kyoka when she's running around the shoe lockers, then Mako will jump out of the restroom as soon as you shoot the 3 girls in front of it. Finally you'll find her in 5-1 in the group of girls right after Shizuka, no special action needed.

You can get all of Miko's outfits on Kaname's route. Shoot the first two girls in 1-1 before you cross the bridge and she'll appear in front of the school. Stay hidden without shooting while under the benches in 3-3 (you can start shooting again when Rikiko spots you) and she'll be hidden behind a locker in the third room. In 5-2 after 5 girls jump down from the corridor lockers you'll see a teacher running after a student in the background, shoot them both and when you turn around Miko will be running with her back to you.

You might not notice Miko at first, but if you shot them both she'll definitely be there when you turn. She'll be with her back to you and in her gym clothes.

i replay 5 times in row and she never show up when i turn, maybe record will helpful see if not same what i do?

actually, it better to explain what i did there, after i shot 6 girls jump fro locker, then i turn right and i see teacher and student run, then turn right again and they are run to me and i shot em, after this i turn left and there are only 2 girls run to me, miko aren't there nor run pass or anything,

You have to shoot the teacher and student the first time you see them, shooting them after you turn right is too late.

Since they're on screen for so little time before the turn it's better to use a doki doki for that since it'll get them both. But of course you need to still have a second doki doki in stock for Miko.

actually, other than 3 sisiter, u can post special hidden path that unlock em just like your guide that i dont know

Swimsuit Riko is in Kaoruko's pool level (3-1?), in the trash can near the end.

Did you just find this out by luck? Miko is literally the only student I had trouble finding in the entire game...
