But in terms of the fanservice, the most risque/closest to nudity is Gal Gun 2, follower by double peace, then returns. In 2 you get a vacuum secondary weapon that sucks the clothes off the women leaving them in their underwear, which for some costumes is just tiny but strategically placed bubbles, slime, or pasties/thong. In double peace you see the underwater via upskirt and a partially x-ray gunsight. In returns I think it's just upskirts and swimsuits.
But unlike most anime fanservice games, the actual gameplay is solid and fun. They're good games with a fanservice coating, not just fanservice with a crap game attached. In terms of gameplay, I like double peace the best, then returns, then 2.
Note that double peace and returns are rail shooters with forced perspective and camera movement, whereas 2 is a standing 3 dimensions wave shooter where the camera doesn't move but you need to rotate your character as women come from all directions (whereas in double peace and returns, the women come from the direction the camera is choosing to look).2 was designed that way to work well for VR, but can be played without.
Hope that helps.
