Dressing Room question

Does anyone know how to change the girl that you see in the Dressing Room? I'm getting reports of people having different characters in there, with one having a staff member (Rena Kuribayashi) and another having a different student (one other than Fumi Tsukada, whom I have).

I'm guessing it has to do with whomever you have in "best girl" category for High Scores (which I assume is the one with the most DDMs), I have Neneko there and she's the one who shows up in Dressing Room.

This feel legit.

Mine is also Neneko but it was some random girl before when i went there before i started playing more, i have Neneko as the "best girl" as funny enough her and Madoka are my "best girls" anyway so it feel fitting. Honestly though i did wonder myself until recently - i also like they comment on the outfits chosen, like Neneko says how she loves swimming when you change her attires to any swimsuit style.
