Brook Chalice bug

I have had a bug with the Brook Chalice. I have put the pot in the bath, added the pig. Turned the bath water to 25c and filled the bath. Nothing happens. I have tried different combinations of putting the pig in after the water is full but i still cant get it to work please help. Loving the gamer by the way.

Just to make sure:
- Are you sure that you're using the correct seed?
- Has the seed been properly planted and watered?
- Do you have the correct pig (the rusty one from the attic)?
- Is the pot on the respective saucer (not just elsewhere in the bathtube)?
- Have you found and correctly assigned (in your Herbarium) all clues for the Brook Chalice?
- Have you tried saving, completely closing, relaunching, and resuming the game?

I didn't have any issues with that puzzle in my playthrough. I placed the rusty pig in the bathtube (to the left of the saucer, but I don't think that matters), put the pot with the planted and watered seed on the saucer, set the boiler temperature to 25c, and filled the bath (I had fixed the piped before all that). The seed sprouted and the water surface filled with leaves.

This one had me utterly confused, because the rusty pig isn't listed as a clue.
