Chapter 3 Bug

Can't tell if I'm doin' something wrong but There is a bug with the scale in Chapter 3, I can't place a weight in the second slot and I believe I need to do so if I understand the puzzle correctly. Also the 7g weight is missing, I presume it's in that slot but I can't see it or remove it.

I can confirm that this was a bug, I had to start over from the beginning and was able to successfully do so the second time with no differences. Just wanted to point this out!

I means i have a bug to the start of Chapter 4, i have to go to the Gatehouse, but there is nothing, i have to restart the game?

The Note of scale do not register as a clue. Stops me from completing The game… Im on Xbox btw.

Some notes don't appear as clues in your journal. Some other notes do appear in the list of clues, but are not supposed to be added to any plants. Are you sure that you're not missing another clue?

I have this same bug just now, got the full indication for a gatehouse delivery but nothing is in the little bowl after sprinting there. Maybe I went there too quickly before it had time to load in? Would appreciate any info pls😊 I'm enjoying this game a lot so I will be so sad if I can't finish it!

In Chapter 4, there is only a letter delivered, and nothing in the basket. The letter will give you an idea of how to progress! :) Let me know if there's still an issue.

OHH thank you I feel a bit silly now hahaha, I feel like I read the letter there more than once but I guess I was tired that day and it didn't compute what I was reading xd everything's working great now thank you again for the help🤗

i can't continue chapter five, my game glitched completely and won't allow me to view the plants or clues. is there anyway to fix this?

This bug is still happening on Gamepass. Just left a 1 star review on Gamepass because of this. I played all the way through to chapter 4, gatehouse delivery left no key... Played the game through again and NO KEY again for a second time.

The developer clarified just three posts above yours that no key is supposed to be delivered at the start of chapter 4. You played (and stopped playing) twice, took the time to write an angry review, and took the time to post here twice (including a thread that has nothing to do with your problem), all because you waited for something that was never supposed to happen?

Also, why did you start again from scratch, when you could have started at any chapter? Are you sure that your game is up to date? (The "Chapter select" start was added in a patch, but the Gamepass version has been patched too by now.)

The bug in chapter three is still happening. Kept getting trapped in the orangery. Started the chapter over twice just to see if it would work, did not. Then I started the entire game over from scratch like someone previously suggested and it did not help either. Will unfortunately be asking for a refund. I was enjoying this game, just happy it happened before the three hour limit steam has.

Could you describe what exactly is happening to you? The only bug report about a "trapped in the orangery" issue that I'm aware of, was a false one (the user erroneously perceived the door slamming shut behind him as a bug, and wasn't aware that they just needed to activate the wooden planks to build a bridge across a broken stairway). What happens when you activate the planks?

Same thing here on xbox series x, chapter 3, pixie flower is done but I can’t complete the clues since it won’t let me pick up the iodine bottle.
