4k somewhat odd?
Hello,

As per the title, I own a 4k screen. The thing is, the 4k setting seems to only scale up to 1920x1800 and then windows the rest with a black border. Is this normal? And is there a way for me to get full screen? Because its kinda hard to read right now. Which is such a shame (I dont even mind if it would result in a loss of quality, as long as I'm able to read what's on screen more easily)

I do start the game in windowed 1920 resolution. Then I use Integer Scaler (https://tanalin.com/en/projects/integer-scaler/) to fullscreen the window. It works fine.

This is normal. Just use the recommended solution highlighted when the game launches.

The game is made with that resolution in mind so you're not going to get better graphic quality by going 4K.

I'm on "2K" but assume it's the same - in the settings change "Game Area Size" to "Whole Window" and it gets rid of those borders

1920 x 1080 is the intended resolution. The game is built for 1080P and following the default settings (launching with windowed mode off) is the best experience you can get.

Well, It wasnt a quality type of thing. Just that I had huge black borders framing the game to ''adapt'' it to said resolution. I eventually found one that worked since after the first launch the setting didnt reset to its recommended state. Seems like 200 something by 1440 was the one who fixed the thing despite not being my monitor's size ratio. Thanks for the help guys

ALso, if you go into game settings and set Game Area Size to Whole Window. That changes the play area to the largest the engine can support (which is pretty big).
