Hello everyone! So there's a part in Floor 10 where you eventually find a purple cube. There's a platform for you to stick it on. However, you have to cross the water via platforms and a blue device to activate said platforms. Once you do that, you can reach the yellow button that allows this. After you hit the yellow button and cross back, you have to get that purple cube from its original side to the other side so you can place it on the button that opens the orange door that holds the final platform and...

I've passed through all the level 2 times and watched a tutorial video. When I get on the finishing elevator, it just don't work and end the level.

When I run the game program the screen went black but I could see the mouse moving, and several seconds later the game program ended before the main menu turned up...

Why is jumping so "awful" in the game to specific parts of rocks. Seem such a waste of time because keep on failing.

A recurring frustration with this game is that I often get stuck -- not because I'm stumped on a puzzle but because it's not clear how I'm able to interact with the world. That is the opposite of a puzzle experience, and it has become a brick wall in Cataclysm I'm at the second phase -- where a shield appears.
