How to access save files?

I bought the game for my daughter, she played for like 30 minutes and I helped her find the save option. But when she loaded the game back up there wasnt any option to load saved game.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear this! I've never seen this issue before. When you start a new game, a save file gets created automatically for you and should always be available to load into later unless it gets manually deleted. This file itself should still exist even if the game fails to save properly before closing.

When you get to the title screen and click "Start", it should take you to another screen with all your files displayed. The far left "New" button will start a new game, but you should also see the file you previously created.
