Need help. Desperately.
I've made discussions about this before but i think i can explain it a little better now.

Wobbledogs is not the experience for me as it is most people.
It runs slowly, very laggy. It's like a slideshow, just a really fast one.
Sometimes the game crashes if i try to enter a save.
Other times going into certain menus causes the game to freeze entirely, and i have to blindly navigate to the main menu and then exit the game, or i just Alt + F4
In the past, the breeding simulator was usually not working 80% of the time, leading to plenty of wasted eggs. It works a little better now, it's mostly working 49% of the time.

This was the first game i bought on steam. None of my other two games (not including Spore because i was too stubborn to be like "Maybe i shouldnt buy this on steam") do this. They both run great.

If anyone knows how to fix this
- and before you say anything about it, verifying the files does not work -
or has a similar experience, please let me know.
Ive recently been thinking about re-installing the game, but i fear this will remove ALL of my saves. And writing all my dog codes down in a google doc would feel like having to build an entire 5 story building by myself with no construction experience and no construction vehicles. I have over 15 save slots all with an average of 10 dogs per save, and then there's one save with over 100. And with the way the game runs as previously mentioned, it would be even slower than it'd have to be.

TLDR: Game broken, pls help

It sounds like your computer simply isn't good enough to run the game, you should check your specs against the minimum and recommended on the store page.

My computer used to act like this with the sims 4. Either browse the section that the wobbledogs game is stored to make sure nothing is tampering with it, or try to free up your computer. Or maybe there is something wrong with your steam in general.

As for storing your dogs in the document, try to set a goal for yourself. (EX: 10-15 dogs per day with names included.)

I may or may not have a new save where i generate dogs with dev log now. I already have 50+ on that save. :steamsad:
hardware aside, have you tried updating your graphics driver?
you can copy dog codes

..did you at least read the end paragraph?
it most likely is that your pc hates you and hates wobbledogs
i had this happen once
what i did was i copied all my dog codes at once, re-install and
BOOM it worked
Mine acts ike that, idk if you checked the requirements but your laptop need persific traits to run the game, like graphics, you can turn them down and turn other settings down for smoother experience, hope this helped.
