best way to get multiple heads through breeding?

seriously, the only way i can get puppies with multiple heads through breeding is by breeding a regular dog and an imported dog with multiple heads.

Get lucky. I'd say breeding Proto and Mud and going to lowest stability should help you get some good mutations, even if they arent what your looking for. Trust me, its what i did when i started out and ive got some crazy dogs out of them.
