I do have one, but they have bug eyes (six in total) and gargoyle wings.
Also I'm terrified of even hatching them, because if I accidentally age them up and let them die without some sort of backup/offspring with similar traits, it will be a loss of like 15+ hours of painstakingly breeding "dogs" after force-feeding them their own feces.
Breeding away the multiple heads and tails is fairly simple, compared to breeding your own dog with no legs, however. Trust me, I speak from experience.
If you breed the one I provided with a standard dog, the first generation of the ensuing simulation will all have legs (seems like lacking legs is a recessive trait, or an approximation of one at least) but if you choose to continue breeding within the same simulation, the next generation and all those after it will have varying amounts of legs.
HOWEVER, multiple heads seems to be a dominant/incomplete dominant gene, meaning if you pick two dogs from the very first generation with only one head, most (if not all) subsequent offspring will stay one-headed.
TL;DR: Either do it yourself, or you'll have to wait for me to get around to it.
Which could happen later today, or possibly at some point before the heat death of the universe. I don't work fast. Or well. Or at all, really.

No legs, one head, one tail, no wings, regular dog. Puppy though, since I only just bred it, and have no desire to raise it atm:
