Cursor locked to the center of the screen
I have encountered a bug that's keeping me from playing the game at all - my cursor gets locked to the middle of the screen and if I click, it will only click whatever's in the middle of the screen - yet there's a weird shadow cursor that I can move.

A little bit hard to explain but it's keeping me from playing the game, has anyone encountered this problem?

do you have a controller plugged in that might be taking control of the mouse?

No, none at all :(
That said, the game did randomly start working after I restarted it a few times.
