it would be stupid if people used santa hats in summer, rewards like that are seasonal in dota 2, and while they require to be unlocked by various task in-game, they disappear after event.

no, in doto all voice lines that were part of TI battlepass , or halloween/xmas, voices, hats, item/killstreak effects, sprays whatever were only time-limited items that are gone after event.

it's interesting though, maybe it's an easter egg or smth, that one of the newest heroes in Dota, Ringmaster, who could somehow also fit in Deadlock, has a voice lines specifically for buying courier and upgrading courier. I wonder why, since it's no longer thing in dota, maybe he was in development for so many years...
