Updates aside... unique playstyle? Bebop has the exact same one-trick-pony hook combo seen in a lot of similar games. Hook, pull, burst damage, and then spin around uselessly in cover while waiting on cooldowns because everyone else's basic weapon outranges him and their cooldowns are shorter for active combat usage. He's actually worse than someone like Stitches or Roadhog because his biggest burst of damage has a very long delay, allowing people to cleanse it off, pre-heal for it, or activate an invulnerable state but he isn't durable and self-sustaining enough to function as a true tank.
He needs to lose half stacks on death. Or all of them,
I actually agree on the stacks on kill instead of hit 100% honestly Echo shard allows it to stack exponentially which is a little busted.
