3 problematic characters... Haze, Wraith, and Bebop.
techincally you could say there are 4 if you consider what a good abes can do though i am loath to admit it cause i am an abes main and when i have seen other abes, 9 times outta 10 they dont play him well so im not sure if i just know how to use him scarily well or something but the 3 characters in question are mentioened in the title and i will go through in order.

to start, we have haze who has 3 main points but is the lowest on the totem poll ultimately that make her in the 'above S tier and in the broken tier' type of character being 1) her ultimate does too much damage with too much mobility. What i mean is that she has an ult that like sevens, locks off an area of the map for a solid duration but hers is smaller and does more damage. you would think because of the shorter duration and distance, that would mean the mobility makes it balanced right? no... it SHREDS even those who are smart and avoid it purely because she can move so fast during it and it in later game only stops if your team has THAT MUCH of a soul lead and can kill her during it OR you have full stuns to stop her and while the stuns can do the job, it can do its job so fast that often it doesnt even matter. beyond all that, her ults cooldown is so short that she can pop this over and over again meaning without warning she can appear behind your team and wipe multiple members without so much as a single button press before moving quickly to shred everyone who couldnt escape. 2) she has a hard CC that lasts for far too long as honestly ALL hard CC that stuns for more than a second doesnt have a place in this game if you ask me as it isnt just restricting but is flat out too strong and if bebop wasnt so broken that putting him in the same tier as these monsters didnt feel like i was still underselling him, i would definantly say wraith is the most broken in the game. And lastly we have 3) she has full auto guns that do RIDICULOUS damage and quite frankly are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ busted as they dont do status effect buildup meaning they need to do more actual damage to try and balance them and make them not squirt guns which wouldnt be too big a problem if they also couldnt be used at WAAAYYY too far a distance to do like half your squishy teammates hp in like 2 seconds. hell i thought about putting infernus on this list as his dot is busted but ultimately decided against it as he only just barely doesnt reach this level of crazy dps since hits dots take time to apply and i say this is a problem as an abes main mind you who still gets shredder for showing myself for like a second to her to like 3 quarters or even half my hp sometimes meaning you need to just find and crush her before she can shoot you. legit its too much damage and is full on broken.

Now then, onto why Wraith is busted... ALL of her abilites and her weapon are broken in each their own way with to start, her gun is like hazes but on steriods especially with her firerate boost ability which ALSO applies to ALL allies including minions and i think even guardians and walkers in the radius around her boosting the overall dps to obscene levels. beyond this her throwing card bomb does ridiclous damage and like lady geists bomb, is easy to hit but without geists balancing mechanic of the bomb taking hp to make it hit so easily with than her teleport is just a better version of pockets teleport which is only semi balanced on him cause hes so squishy with than lastly, her ult is a multiple target, silence, stun, AND lift that sure you can MAYBE outrun it but a even half decent wraith does it so close to your team that it will hit regardless nevermind how it FORCES everyone to scatter and waste all mobility just to not get caught while also lifting everyone to make them easy headshots which also means that unlike sevens stun which you can actually hide from by ducking behind even just crouching level cover before the stun goes off meaning you sit out the duration behind full cover as your on your knees, her ult just lifts you up forcing you out of cover regardless. honestly i cannot count the number of games at this point where even with a good team, i see the enemy or friendly wraith with like 10k more souls than everyone else by like 5 min and like 20k more by 15.... full stop she needs a nerf hardcore and both her and haze should have MASSIVE dmg falloff nerfs and also dmg nerfs themselves and instead give haze lower level toxic bullets like infernuses fire dot and wraith slow on her bullets to make her still useful to teammates.

lastly we have bebop... ohhhh sweet sweet bebop........ to start lets just point out that as an abrams with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3k hp and full spirit armor resist and frenzy to boot granting a bonus 45% spirit damage resist below 50% hp, this bomb 2 shots me and he can place one almost instantly after the first one is done........... i thought the squishies were just complaining pointlessly until recently where i SWEAR TO GOD they buffed the damage of these bombs and now they are just flat out nukes........ beyond that with this in mind his grab becomes so much more problematic but it still wouldnt be so bad IF he also wasnt as tanky a melee hero as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ABRAMS to the point that even in a one on one when i have 10k more souls than him and am non stop melee lifesteal, siphon, and torment pulsing his ass, he can keep up just by punching me a few times when mind you, one punch from my build can take out 10 to 20% of a guardians HP as its built around spirit resist shredding and boosting weapon and spirit damage while using spirit strike..... beyond ALL of that, his ult is easily broken to the nth degree as he should 1) not be able to move AT ALL during it meaning no camera movement as ANY makes it too easy to track players with the fact it was given SPLASH DAMAGE MEANING EVEN HIDING BEHIND COVER IS POINTLESS WHEN IT WAS ALREADY A DEATH STAR SIZED ♥♥♥♥ OFF FIRING MY LASER BEAM..... 2) he shouldnt be able to use it mid air and should be stuck to the ground making him open to all stuns to stop him.... and 3) he NEEDS to do less damage during it................... also his gun has a similar issue to wraiths and hazes but isnt AS bad as theirs thanks to its wind up time but still its too much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ damage that also i think counts as SPIRIT DAMAGE meaning he can use spirit lifesteal to take advantage of spirit strike AND his abilities to heal meaning he doesnt even need to waste anything on bullet lifesteal...... full stop viscous and vindicta had some problems but not to the point they needed to be removed from public testing with if anything, the 3 characters i listed NEED to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HEAVILY nerfed with a banhammer the size of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ earth and even then they might still be so strong that fully removing and redoing their entire kits might be needed and they might need the tachanka from R6 treatment....

Imo wraith isn't that scary it's easy to deal with her ult and most tend to build for bullet damage which you can deal with. When haze has unstoppable she can legitimately be a monster in team fights late game. I've seen plenty of games with fed wraiths that lose. It's hard to stop a fed haze.

fair, i will say haze's ult just needs a full on nerf with if you ask me, it needs to see her rooted in place with FAR less damage but instead it should proc as i mentioned as an idea, her weak toxic bullets dot as well as if they have toxic bullets, that too with than also slowdown or perhaps just let all bullet effects work during it so that way haze would build for spirit damage boosting and toxic bullets and movement slow to give themselves breathing room and time for the dots to do their thing and that way it makes its less UPFRONT damage and far more OVER TIME damage that can be managed by a good team.
