Can't Move My Character!???

I can use abilites from my keyboard but not the ones bound to my mouse

I can press ESC but I can't move even if I reset the keybind.

What is going on, I had a game earlier today and it was fine???

Update: I can move most characters but not others.
Mo&Kril, IVY, Pocket, are a NO GO
All tested in sandbox

use "binddefaults", it resets all your bind though, but fixes default mouse inputs.
