Where are Changelogs?

The game updated, but I can't find any changelogs within the Steam community. Yet, supposedly, they exist (I'd sure hope an alpha/beta test has clear patchnotes). Am I blind?

When you're on the main menu, there's a "news" button in the top-right that includes links to the secondary forum for patch notes and actual discussions with a lot less invite spam.

I suspect Valve is still carrying over those forums from back when this was still an NDA project and they didn't want a direct Steam Community forum spoiling its existence for everyone.

Yeah, was wondering as it's otherwise very odd for them not to use their own website. I must say though, it's still weird how they can't post Steam announcements now that it's in testing.
