Escalating resilience stack's. & some odd RNG mechanics.
Change suggestion 1. Escalating resilience add differing numbers of the bullet resist stack based on character weapon like similar buildup proc's, add percent to proc based on character/weapon.

change suggestion 2. Tesla bullet's & Lucky shot proc's buildup to trigger instead of RNG, i understand if this one never get's done, some people like RNG, Deadlock has vary little, there of statue buffs, bullet spread, ability spread on calico and evasion, as far as i know of, and while it bothers me greatly that is probably not wide spread, just vary annoying to a few people like me, we are probably less numerous then the people who like it or at least those who do not care.

if anyone has anything else to add to any part of this feel free, weather its and opinion, or idea for alternate change's to the one's i posted, or to correct any mistakes i made.
