FSR 3 crashing game

First I'd like to say that this update finally made the game stay above 100 fps at all times for me with my system which is considered low end, I will share specs at the end.

Any other amd users having the game immediately crash upon using the fsr 3 upscaler? (It's now available in the vulkan api and should offer better performance and visuals than fsr 2 does)

I was looking forward to fsr 3 and I'm hoping there's a fix. I have not used any configs to boost fps so I don't think i should be having this issue? It still runs perfectly well on dx11 with far 2.

Specs: Ryzen 5 3600 16gb 3200mhz ram rx 5600xt

No overclocks made, all stock.

The same issue here. Tried using vulkan for FSR 3, got crashed when I tried to play sandbox AND game was crashing on startup right after, switching to -dx11 helped.

I had almost no problems with deadlock throughout whole time but after last update it doesnt want to start. -dx11 dont working for me. any help pls??

Strange thing is, if I launch the game with -vulkan, I can test a hero without crashing IF and only IF I don't go inside video settings

damn Erkliks same thing for me. vulkan worked fine until i tried to go to video settings - instant crash. very interesting.

apparently try deleting your video txt if you are crashing, some old configs or changes may be making it unstable so basically a reset of settings is needed

Thats odd, i just gave up on using vulkan personally, spend all day yesterday digging in forums and found nothing. Hopefully valve addresses this officially soon, i heard they are very responsive in the discord so i'm planning to join it soon

this is lie, i found several topics on steam and deadlock forums. And also messages from people with same problem in their discord. And valve didnt respond anywhere, just ignoring everyone. hate this company
