Kelvin is... le bad

I am just looking for advice on how to play this hero.
I remember when I was new I mainly played Kelvin with beam build and it was pretty decent, I don't know if they nerfed him or if I lost my touch cause now Kelvin's beam is abhorrently bad imo.
gun build and nade build don't help either, so, is Kelvin doomed to be healer forever?

Nah, he got nerfed to the abyss, he was my fave back then but I stopped using him after the nerf. He is utterly useless and just a support now. Supporting in this game is stupid, because if your team is struggling/losing then you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

No wonder why this game is dying, the devs just keep nerfing underperforming heroes and doesn't do anything about other OP heroes.

opawg is an idiot loser. He's definitely better as as a support though and could do with a slight raise in his effectiveness as a non healer
