Competitive is a joke - Dont use extra comp if ur not willing to play as a team.

This Extra Competitive Matchmaking is total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Even you check "Extra Competitive", you will get these useless teammates with zero ability to listen or communicate. Not to mention team play ability.. I'm getting frustrated getting these teammates that thinks they can SOLO trough the match and still win. No, it doesn't work like that. Mostly they just feed enemy. Many players forget that its OBJECTIVE based game, and not TEAM DEATHMATCH. There should be some kind of requirement to play Competitive. Now its just a joke where anyone without any clue about the game can join and ruin the match.

I recommend adding next options in match making:
1. Communication [Voice/Chat] <- This way i can select do i want to communicate via mic with my teammates and they will have voice chat also.
2. Game experience matching other teammates and enemies experience. <- Right now there is like 70% of the Extra Competitive matches ruined by people with no clue about team play or communication/working as a team to win these matches. Not gonna mention what region they are usually from. This ofc lowers ur own rank because you will lose the match because of this kind of teammates.
3. Rank cannot be counted from wins & losses. <- in many matches. iv'e been carrying team and playing objective destroying Guardians and walkers gaining on our way towards objective while others hunt for kills and farm. Then we lose the match because enemy works together and kills these guys who wont play towards objective together. (Mostly this kind of teammates sits in Jungle farming and hunts low hp enemies for kills, and doesn't participate pushing lanes together).
4. Regional matchmaking. <- Allow players to block certain regions from matchmaking. (i guess we all know what region/country im talking about).

I have also spotted that there is a new kind of cheat. Iv'e seen couple times people having superior duration in their abilities without actually having this item bought. This is also frustrating because it doesn't matter if you call out this guy in game or report this kind of activity. Others will just be childish and defend this guy. For some reason people believe there is NO CHEATERS in this game. And they are wrong. Aimbot and Extended Duration cheats are out there. Game is free to play so you can always make a new account. People, Open your eyes.

But mostly i wish they fix this broken match making in Competitve. Right now there is no requirement on who can play comp and who not.

I have also many times get my 2nd or 3rd pick hero, when enemy/teammate gets my 1st pick, and they didn't even have this hero on their 1st pick. This just doesn't make sense. What is the point of putting these hero picks if your 1st pick goes to someone who has this same hero on their 2nd or 3rd pick?

Say it isn't so! That's pretty much the case with any objective based PvP game. That won't ever change as much as those of us who care about the game might hate it.
