Took me literally 1 hour and 30 more minutes searching in both europe and asia region with "Extra Competitive" queue option turned off, i just spectated an entire match from start to finish and then messed about in sandbox, and i still haven't joined a single game...

The game is literally still being developed and isn't a well known title yet. To call it dead is just asinine. The whiners are just your typical MOBA crowd crying.

I know I stopped playing deadlock once I hit higher MMRs where your expected to have a 60% headshot accuracy at the bare minimum and spirit/support builds mean nothing. I wanted to play a MOBA, not CS:GO.

Yeah it sadly felt more and more like a shooter and not a MOBA. And if I want to play a shooter, there are better games. But Im not giving up on the game, Ill keep it installed and try from time to time

Thats why we keep it installed and our eyes on it. Calling it dead is dumb, yes. But there were many games dead on arrival in the last years. So its not wrong to be worried. "Its Valve" isnt an argument either, look at their last games, some got ditched pretty fast.

well this game didnt lost almost all its players over nothing..
im new but looks like most left cause of too frequent balance changes and removal of ranked mode
others cause they need something other then "having fun" to play a game (but those we dont need anyway)

i personally like the game and dont need anything grindy to keep playing.. i play stuff for the fun..
but it needs some more balancing and matchmaking to keep the fun part.. but good matchmaking needs more palyers...
guess im gonna stop playing too if the random mates keep getting worse and worse with feeding and matches are just stomps
