Deadlock

Deadlock

For the developers
Game has a lot of potential, problem for me is the reload time. It makes the game unbearably slow, you are chasing someone, and you spend 7 second reloading..... the enemy has enough time to retreat and heal, than come back out again. This also makes the skills you have on your champion so much more important. Not a fan of being able to buy items close to the fight, and heal close to the fight. If your good at aiming and hitting your skills, you should be rewarded for it, not just see the enemy go into the shop heal and come out again after 2 seconds..... Don't get the champion pick either, why not just have a normal champion picker like all other mobas? let me ban enemies, and let me pick just one champion. picking 3 different heroes and hope not everyone else picking the most OP champion in the pool? rather ban that champion.
Slow paced game for those who like that. remove the reload timer than the game will be faster and you don't feel so frustrated when your trying to get a kill. Champions feel good, skills feels good, controlling your champion feels good. game looks awesome, the graphic and style is 10/10 they know what they are doing. but for god sake, plz half the reload time.

I pick Quicksilver Reload a lot for this reason. By the time you have items like Titanic Mag, it shouldn't be as much of a problem.

Also for early items Kinetic Dash "Its passive effect causes a hero's next Dash Jump to cost less Stamina, then grant bonus Fire Rate and Ammo until they next reload."

I usually depend on spirit builds though.

Agree they have issues to reconcile with the game being free-pick instead of some kind of pick-ban draft mode; originally hero counter-play was less pronounced, idk if its just ppl got better or the balance changes, but its starting to feel more like there are some very hard 1v1 counters, imo this should be the thing distinguishing quick play from a ranked queue.

I dont think the current Hero Pick system is going to stick around to full release (outside a quickplay mode). They made Dota, they would have to be foolish to not know how important a pick/ban system is in true competitive play. But the current system allows for decently quick matchmaking and encourages new players to learn at least 3 heroes so they dont just 1 trick and then insta-quit if they dont get that Hero. Its not a bad system for a game trying to attract a series of players not used to MOBAs, but its definitely not perfect
